Re-Fractal
Refractal reflections
Of a life gone by
And we humans oft ask
The question 'why'
Patch-quilt dreams
Of hopes to come
Neglectful we are
Of our holy sum
We Were created to conquer
Yet we oft times lie
In await for an end
Where we believe we die
We are strong and powerful
But we only suspect
Our Soul's potential
Awoken not yet
As time goes by
And its illusions embraced
Truth is a fear
Rarely by us faced
But somewhere deeply buried
In the soul of us all
Is a power and knowing
Awaiting our call
Nowhere is it written
That we were born to accept
This maleable fate
That is quite suspect
Let us gather ourselves people
And press ourselves forward
For this novel we now write
Is only the fore-word
Telling of content
Yet to unfold
When we fulfill the promises
Spoken of old
I believe soon come the day
When we open our eyes
And the truth of our divinity
Will be fully realized
Re-Fractal
Socialized
Civilized, socialized
Hypnotized, fantasies
Nothing certifiable
Except the lies
Telling us
How to think,
Why to think,
When to think
What to think ... about
Doubt and fears play a major factor
As all the actors
Take the stages & mics ... and
Stand at the podiums
Feeding proverbial sodium
To the hypertensive personna
Of humanity's mind-set
Where is the stone
That unmovable stone of truth
Thay can not be moved
Nor soothed
By the smooth tongues
Of deceit
Feed me beans,
Tell me it's meat,
Take your seat boy
And shut up and dribble
Demons and devils
Eating all the good cake
In the wake
While we fight & quibble
Over the crumbs and scraps
Perhaps we will,
Perhaps awaken,
Perhaps not,
Perhaps not,
But in the meantime
We should be socialized
And dry our tears
And wipe the snot
From our noses
And put our 10 toes
To the ground
And 're- socialize
Our gullibilities,
Our vulnerabilities
And take back our world
From dem dere demons
Running out of time?
Devils, ghouls and demons
And inhumane humans
Walk surreptitiously amongst us
Greed, war and whore mongering
And we the children hungering
While chanting "in god we trust"
I do pray we awaken
Before all is forsaken
As we near the 'final' hour
Please look deep inside
Where your 'god-self' hides
And reclaim your birthright power
Is 'time' running out
While we but lament and pout
About the conditions we endure
Change is past due
I thought that you knew
If not our demise is sure
Yes I too do pray
By night and by day
For that miracle to finally come
But in the end I have to ask
Have I addressed change's task
And gave the best/whole of my sum
As they say, 'life goes on'
Until it's all gone
While we sit and anxiously wait
We must now make a choice
And let our sacred voice
Be heard before it's too late.
We are ....
Running out of time!
